We keep nature first
Creating a better land for the beings of the land
Our Adivasi Family
The people of our estate have been the owners, managers and stakeholders of the estate ever since our very beginning. That is why, we take care of our family of adivasi workers by treating their work fairly, and their dedication with love.
A home for all
On our 58 year old estate, there’s plenty of space for the entire Rungajaun family to stay together and that’s exactly what we do. We’ve built comfortable homes for our adivasi workforce to spend time in peace, and flourish every day.
Raising a better generation
The next generation is only as empowered as the current generation makes it. Since that is something we believe with all our hearts, we provide nutritious meals, regular access to doctors and opportunities for growth through knowledge, to all children of our adivasi workforce.
We save the wild
Our employees are not the only beings of the land here, for there are plenty of animals around who love to walk by and say hello. Since our estate is right next to Kaziranga National Park, it’s not surprising to see the occasional herd of wild elephants passing by. There are areas of the estate we’ve left uncultivated so the elephants can pass through, free of fear. After all, the land was theirs first and ours second.
For us, our estate is a source of survival for many. And every day, we try to make it a source of peace, happiness and fulfilment for even more.
